Who's Who and What's Where in the Treehouse

by Andy Griffiths

Illustrated by Terry Denton

Published Pan Macmillan Australia
ISBN 9781761263118

Andy and Terry live in a treehouse, a very tall treehouse that has increased over time from 13 stories to 169 stories. Many strikingly silly and funny characters and things/widgets have gone into making this extraordinary and extraordinarily fun treehouse encouraging kids to read.

Now there is help at hand to avoid becoming confused with who's who and what is where in this complete guide that will help readers of this popular series.

It's not surprising that a whole 235 page book was needed.

It is a good way to take a look at what goes on behind the scenes. The 85 or so characters each have their own descriptions of what they do, their super power, likes, dislikes, threat rating and where and which book they appear in. Pretty comprehensive, but easily read with each page divided into two with the familiar fun drawings.

A similar format follows for all the chapters - we had to love th descriptions and illustrations of the Sydney Opera House, the not very merry go around, bookshop and people eating plants ones.As for the egg timer, well .. you will just have to see it.

Overall this is sure to raise some hilarious laughing, I laughed and I don't often laugh out laud. After reading this, test your knowledge with the quiz at the back of the book and keep it handy for reading the series.
