In a world of drought and floods, not unlike we're experiencing now, this illustrated story book for younger readers, takes them on a journey to where they can see their dreams come true. It's hot, it's dry and dusty and Erin so wants to grow her sunflowers, from the seeds she has planted in containers. There's plenty of sun, but no rain and Erin knows she's needs water to make her sunflowers bloom.

Mum tries to distract her, but all she wants is to see those sunflowers. This is an easy and charming story of how one little girl tries to make a change, motivated by wanting to see these sunflowers.

Covering aspects of climate change and what can be done, this is a good soft cover book for beginning readers to read or for young children to read with parents or older siblings. Good illustrations compliment the story and are fun and filled with the pictures of Erin and her family.
