My First Gruffalo, Gruffalo Growl

In this latest hard back, board book, take young children on an adventure through the woods and look for the animals and sounds that they make.

The chunky sound button is fun to push (it does include batteries) as kids listen to the sound to see if they can match this with the snake, or an owl or a fox or any of the other animals mentioned.

Typically, the illustrations are entertaining and clear, just what young children will enjoy looking at and learning about some of the animals that live in the forest.

The sound button does make this rather fun and it's worth noting that it's a growl not a high pitched sound that could be become annoying after many pressings!  In summary a great little robust picture book with a good story and introduction to the Gruffalo series.
