4-6 year olds.

A delightful little story for Easter as readers follow the great Easter egg and spoon race with Australian animals.

Look, there's wombat, the Easter bilby, echidna, kangaroo, Kookaburra, puggle. Follow them as they awake on Easter morning to discover that the Easter bilby has left them eggs to find and decorate.

A gently told story as the animals travel through the bush looking for the eggs as little puggle is the last one to wake up and trips up, get's left behind, but kangaroo comes to the rescue and all the animals share in the joy of hunting for the eggs, decorating them and taking part in the great Aussie Egg-and-Spoon Race.

The story is complimented with lovely illustrations in pastel shades making it not only a real treat to read but to look at the pictures of the bush and the animals.
