Oh such a delightful and heartwarming story for little ones, up the age of about 5 years. Grandude Edward is inviting your little ones to come along with his grandchildren a.k.a the Chillers, Lucy, Tom, Em and Bob as they go on magical adventures.

The bright, colourful illustrations are a treat and sure to delight the readers. Tom is complaining it's too hot so Grandude invites him to go inside his shed and explore his inventions. "Its cool as an iced drink" declares Tom. Then the Chillers spot a picture of Nandude, their adventurous grandmother. Grandude takes them down a secret passage and wow what do they see, the green magical submarine, no less! There's so much to see.

This story book is really loads of fun for grandparents and grandchildren with many references to The Beatles.



Kathryn Durst who illustrated this gorgeous picture book, is a graduate of Sheridan College in Ontario, Canada. With a background in animation, she has interned with Pixar Animation Studios in addition to working with various children's book publishers.
