As the animals are excited and looking forward to Christmas but Echidna hasn't got a present for Roo yet and it's Christmas Eve, so maybe she needs to take a present instead. Will she make the present in time? Echidna isn't sure the crown he is making will fit. With a little help from the other bush animal friends including Kookaburra and muggle all works out. They are all looking forward the morning and wake up bright and early on Christmas Day to look for their presents under the tree.

It is a lovely little book with a sparkly hardcover for young Australians with delightful, happy illustrations to compliment the story.
